Protection from
the inside out.

Concrete looks solid. Inside, it has microscopic pores. Treat them with PIM+ or PIM+ Type S, then protect the surface with PTS+.

Discuss your farm’s concrete

Preserve the concrete.
Simplify the upkeep.

Water and salts can travel through concrete’s pores. Protecting it starts within.

DynaCrete pairs a permanent internal treatment with an easy-clean surface finish. One protects within the concrete. The other helps you deal with what lands on it.

Start with protection within.

Choose PIM+ or PIM+ Type S. You do not need both.

DynaCrete PIM+ container

PIM+

For protection near the surface.

Forms a permanent, breathable internal seal. A choice for coloured concrete, exposed aggregate and priming before compatible coatings.

Penetrates up to 2 mm

DynaCrete PIM+ Type S container

PIM+ Type S

For concrete exposed to heavier wear.

Travels farther into the pores to form a permanent internal seal. Choose Type S when your project calls for deeper penetration.

Penetrates 6 mm or more

The right choice depends on your concrete, its condition and its exposure. Let us help you choose.

DynaCrete PTS+ container

PTS+.
Make spills easier to deal with.

Internal protection does not make concrete stain-proof. PTS+ adds a clear, non-glossy surface finish that helps liquids bead on top and makes everyday spills easier to clean.

  • Water-repellent surface
  • Original colour and texture
  • Applied after the internal treatment cures
About the illustration and penetration depths

Pore sizes, treatment colours and depths are exaggerated to explain the process. Published penetration: PIM+ up to 2 mm (technical data sheet); PIM+ Type S 6 mm or more (product page). Actual penetration depends on the concrete and application. PTS+ is shown as a surface topcoat; the blue tint is illustrative.

Preparation makes
the difference.

Read the application guide
  1. Prepare the concrete.

Repair visible cracks and remove anything that prevents absorption. Confirm the surface is suitable with a small test area.

  2. Treat within. Let it cure.

Apply PIM+ or Type S as directed. Allow at least three days for the internal treatment to cure before PTS+.

  3. Finish at the surface.

Apply PTS+ to a cool, dry surface, following its instructions. Plan access around the specified drying and curing times.

Before you treat
your concrete.

A good result starts with the right product and the right preparation. Here is what to know before you begin.

Ask about your project
Do I need all three products?

No. Choose PIM+ or PIM+ Type S for the internal treatment, then finish with PTS+ after curing. PIM+ and Type S are alternatives, not two coats to apply one after the other.

Will it change the colour or make my concrete glossy?

The products are described as leaving a clear, non-glossy finish. PTS+ is intended to preserve the existing colour and texture. Test a small, inconspicuous area first, especially on decorative surfaces. The purple, yellow and blue in the illustration explain the treatments; they are not the finished colours.

Can I use it on concrete that is already sealed?

The internal treatment needs clean, permeable concrete it can absorb into. Existing sealers, paint, oil or other contamination can prevent that. Tell us what is already on the surface so we can help you identify the preparation required before treatment.

Will it repair cracks or prevent every stain?

Visible cracks need to be repaired before treatment. PIM+ and Type S provide internal protection, but are not stain blockers. PTS+ adds surface protection and easier cleaning; spills should still be cleaned promptly. The system does not replace concrete repairs.

How long should I allow for application and curing?

Allow at least three days for PIM+ or Type S to cure before applying PTS+. The PTS+ technical sheet lists two hours to air-dry and 24 hours to cure, with no foot traffic until it is air-dry. Follow the full application instructions for your surface and site conditions.

What if I want to paint or install flooring afterward?

PIM+ can be used to prime concrete before compatible paint, flooring or other coatings. If another finish is planned, confirm the complete sequence and compatibility before adding PTS+. The right preparation depends on both the concrete and the finish you intend to use.

How long does the protection last?

PIM+ and Type S are designed to form a permanent internal silicate/glass seal when correctly applied. The PTS+ surface finish has a different role and is exposed to wear. Ask about maintenance for your conditions; do not simply apply PTS+ over a dried coat, as its application guidance warns against this.

How much do I need, and what will it cost?

Coverage depends on the porosity of the concrete, so a small test area is the best starting point for quantities. Share the area to be treated, the condition of the concrete, any existing coating and its exposure to water, traffic or chemicals. We can help confirm product selection and quantities, and connect you with a distributor for pricing.
