Deeper Penetrating Concrete Treatment
PIM+ Type S is a water-based, colorless, odorless, ready-to-use, penetrating permanent treatment for all permeable concrete. A one-time, soaking application will produce an internal, breathable, silicate/glass-impregnated layer up to 1/4 inch (6 mm) deep.
PIM+ Type S treats the concrete internally. PTS+ adds a protective surface coating. Explore how the two treatments work together.

PIM+ Type S reacts in the internal voids to form silicate/glass crystals during curing. Allow at least three days before applying PTS+.
PIM+ Type S treats the concrete internally. After it cures, PTS+ adds a clear, non-glossy, water-repellent surface coating.
