Good protection
goes below the surface.

Concrete is porous. Water and contaminants can enter beneath the surface. The DynaCrete two-product system pairs an internal treatment with a water-repellent finish.

Protection within the concrete, repellency at the surface PIM+ penetrates up to 2 mm, or PIM+ Type S up to 6 mm. After cure, PTS+ provides surface water repellency. Depths and product colours are illustrative, not to scale. Up to 6 mm Internal penetration PTS+ surface protection

The starting point

A porous surface.

Concrete looks solid. Inside, small connected pores give moisture a way in. Surface protection addresses only part of the problem.

First application · Choose one internal treatment

Treat from within.

PIM+ or PIM+ Type S penetrates and reacts within the concrete to form insoluble silicate crystals.

Choose the internal treatment for your project; you do not need to layer both.

Penetration depends on the concrete and site conditions. Check the product instructions before application.

Second application · PTS+

Finish at the surface.

Allow the internal treatment to cure for at least three days. Then PTS+ adds a clear, water-repellent finish that helps water bead and makes the surface easier to clean.

Internal protection stays within the concrete. PTS+ adds surface repellency. Neither step replaces repairing visible cracks or preparing the surface.

What is the DynaCrete two-product system?

The DynaCrete two-product system combines PIM+ or PIM+ Type S, which treats the concrete internally, with PTS+, a water-repellent surface treatment. The products address different parts of concrete protection.

Which product is applied first?

PIM+ or PIM+ Type S is applied first. PTS+ follows after the internal treatment has cured. Surface preparation, coverage and curing requirements are detailed in the application instructions for each product.

Where can I find technical and safety information?

Each product page provides its technical data sheet, safety data sheet and application instructions. Review the current documents and discuss your substrate and site conditions with the technical team before application.
