After comparative testing (against a competitor’s product that was twice as expensive, which needed to be reapplied at least every 2 years and was not environmentally safe) DynaCrete® PIM+ is approved by Morrison Hershfield. This engineering firm is a North America wide firm specializing in building envelope systems and the systems or appropriate treatments to protect and extend the life of the exterior concrete surfaces of buildings.

PIM+ was subsequently specified by the architectural firm Henriques Partners on the exterior concrete surfaces of a 22-story high rise being built in the west end of Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
